Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our on-ground sales operations. This role requires someone with strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving field sales performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of field representatives, and achieving revenue targets. Your focus will be on expanding market reach, building customer relationships, and improving overall team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.

Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients.

Set performance goals and KPIs for the field sales team.
Team Management & Training

Recruit, train, and supervise field sales representatives.

Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective targets.

Conduct regular field visits, shadowing, and performance reviews.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Understand customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.

Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field

MBA preferred but not mandatory
Experience:

Proven experience in field sales and team handling

Proven record of achieving sales targets in B2B or B2C environments
