Role: Field Officer / Field Sales Officer

Department: Liabilities / CASA

Location: Guwahati /Dibrugarh

Key responsibilities:

Acquire new Savings Accounts (SA) and Current Accounts (CA).

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, local businesses, and customer contacts.

Meet prospective customers and explain Indian Bank’s CASA products and services.

Complete account-opening documentation and coordinate with the branch for KYC/compliance.

Achieve assigned monthly targets for CASA deposits and customer acquisition.

Cross-sell liability products and other banking services such as FDs/RDs, insurance, cards, digital banking, and loans, as applicable.

Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.

Conduct market/territory visits to identify new acquisition opportunities.

Follow up on leads and maintain daily activity/visit reports.

Ensure customer service and adherence to the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
