- Responsibilities are as under below :
- Meeting farmers and feeling of their need analysis form
- educating farmers regarding the best protective farming practices
- making farmer understand costing dynamics and value proposition
- mapping villages as per the potentiality
- mapping top three crops of each village
- conducting 1 farmer event per week
- demo plot implementation
- getting regular input from finalized demo plots and submitted to agronomist team
