Key Responsibilities:
1. Public Engagement:

Stand at designated high-footfall areas like malls, streets, markets, or events to approach individuals.

Initiate conversations with the public in a friendly and respectful manner.

Explain the NGO’s mission, current projects, and how public support can make a difference.
2. Fundraising & Donor Conversion:

Convince people to contribute to the NGO’s cause through monthly or one-time donations.

Collect accurate donor information and process payments securely via forms or digital apps.

Meet individual and team-based fundraising targets.
3. Brand Representation:

Represent the NGO with professionalism, integrity, and passion.

Wear organization-branded clothing or identity tags during fieldwork.

Maintain a positive attitude and high energy throughout the day.
4. Reporting & Coordination:

Record details of interactions and donor sign-ups at the end of each day.

Coordinate with the fundraising team or manager for location assignments and updates.

Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch and outreach strategies.
