Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Officer to generate leads, visit potential customers, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field.

As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, promoting products/services, and meeting sales targets through direct interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation & Client Visits:

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits.
Develop relationships with new and existing clients to promote products/services.
Conduct cold calling and door-to-door sales when required.

✅ Sales & Revenue Growth:

Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
Provide accurate price quotes and product details.

✅ Market Research & Strategy:

Gather feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Recommend sales strategies to improve performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns.

✅ Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally.
Follow up with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.

✅ Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.
Track sales progress and customer responses.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
