Position: Field Executive – Sales & Collection (Microfinance)
About the CompanyWe are a reputed Microfinance Institution (MFI) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The company is dedicated to empowering rural and semi-urban women by providing Group Loans and financial services that support their growth and livelihood.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and relationship building.
- Promote and facilitate Group Loans for women borrowers.
- Handle regular loan collections and bucket collections as per company guidelines.
- Organize and manage customer group meetings.
- Ensure timely recovery of loan installments and maintain collection efficiency.
- Verify customer information and complete field documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain service quality.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work extensively in the field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales and collection targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products is preferred.
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
