Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and visit potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Provide reports on sales performance and market conditions.
4. Sales Targets & Reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and field visits.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
