Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Officer to drive sales, build customer relationships, and expand market reach. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable with fieldwork, and have a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations and present solutions to customers.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing new customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
  • Track and ensure timely payment collections from customers.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to refine business strategies.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily reports on customer interactions, sales progress, and targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel extensively for sales meetings and market visits.
