Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Officer to drive sales, build customer relationships, and expand market reach. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable with fieldwork, and have a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and present solutions to customers.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing new customers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
- Track and ensure timely payment collections from customers.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to refine business strategies.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily reports on customer interactions, sales progress, and targets.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively for sales meetings and market visits.
