We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Professional to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct, face-to-face interactions in the field.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, confident in engaging with a variety of clients, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. As a Field Sales Professional, your main objective is to drive business growth by promoting and selling the company’s products or services across a designated territory or market segment.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ample scope for learning and career advancement in the field of sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, lead generation, references, and networking.

Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and effectively.
2. Sales Target Achievement

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.

Maintain and grow sales volume by identifying new market opportunities within assigned territories.

Develop territory sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
3. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Provide consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Act as a point of contact between the company and customers in the assigned region.
4. Market Intelligence

Keep up to date with market trends, competitor products, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.

Share insights and feedback with the marketing and product teams to improve offerings and campaigns.
5. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities including leads, contacts, meetings, proposals, and conversions.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on visits, sales calls, revenue, and market feedback to the reporting manager.

Use CRM tools or mobile sales applications to track progress and manage customer interactions.
6. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with the marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer service.

Share best practices and insights with peers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
7. Promotional Activities

Participate in field marketing campaigns, trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events as needed.

Distribute marketing materials and promote brand visibility in target areas.
