Job Description
We are looking for a field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets. The sales executive will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by acquiring more and more clients, generating leads and managing sales of products and services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Handle inside sales team and help coordinate business delivery
• Talk with the prospects/leads on the phone so as to convert the leads
• Prepare a pitch and help deliver the necessary details of educational institutions to prospect leads by assisting the business delivery team

Sell the products/services using various customer sales methods (Foot on the street, cold calling, presentations etc)
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database.
- Enter the activity/communication details in the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) or report to the team.
Ø Responsible for sales and business development activities of ICON Electromatic
Ø Preparing of pricing proposals and delivery schedules
Ø Manage the Inventory and purchasing to meet the DSI and inventory ageing goals
Ø Provide periodic formal and informal information to the team
Ø Do periodic monthly/ quarterly - ATV Actual, Target and Variance analysis with management
Ø Execute marketing and sales promotion programs to expand presence
Ø Build strong and supportive relationships al all levels within the customer Organisation
Ø Set short long term sales strategies
Ø Lead the collaborative sales process to ensure quality solutions
Ø Day to day interaction with customers and follow up with the customers for commercial and promotional activities.
Ø Daily, weekly & Monthly business report to the management and principals.
