Job SummaryThe Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling Aakaa Foods’ product range to retail outlets, supermarkets, distributors, and food service establishments within the assigned region.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify, approach, and onboard new retailers and distributors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Actively promote new product launches and ongoing promotions.
Product Knowledge
Develop a thorough understanding of all Aakaa Foods products.
Educate retailers and store staff on product features and usage.
Market Expansion
Explore and expand into new sales territories.
Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Provide prompt support and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Order and Inventory Management
Collect orders from clients and coordinate timely deliveries.
Monitor retail stock levels to avoid product shortages.
Reporting and Feedback
Submit daily or weekly reports to the sales manager.
Share market insights and customer feedback to improve offerings.
Promotional Activities
Support promotional events, in-store sampling, and merchandising efforts.
Compliance
Adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical sales practices.
1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG or food product sales preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally for client visits
Ability to work independently and meet targets
