Field Sales Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a driven and personable Field Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the sales of high-quality jewellery boxes to retail stores, boutiques, jewellery chains, and other B2B clients. This role requires a strong understanding of product presentation, aesthetics, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with buyers, and growing sales in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and approach prospective B2B clients including jewellers, gift shops, boutiques, and department stores

Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, product presentations, and samples demonstrations

Understand client needs and recommend suitable jewellery box styles, materials, and custom branding options

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules based on client requirements and company policies

Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and maintain up-to-date CRM records

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and network

Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure client specifications are met

Stay up to date with trends in luxury packaging, display aesthetics, and jewellery retail needs

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in luxury goods, packaging, or related B2B industries

Strong interest or background in jewellery, fashion, or premium retail presentation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software

Ability to understand technical product specifications and convey them clearly

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within your sales region

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus

This is a field-based role involving regular travel to client sites, showrooms, and events

May include occasional evening or weekend work depending on client availability and event schedules

Must be comfortable carrying product samples and presentation materials
