Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and visit potential customers and business clients within the assigned territory.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers using strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Generate and qualify leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Address customer concerns, objections, and queries professionally.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Gather market intelligence and report on customer preferences and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team for strategic improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
-
Ensure all client contracts, invoices, and agreements are properly managed.
