Job Description

Position:  Field Sales Representative - Open to work in PAN India 
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 6 months - 2 years in medical equipment's sales 
Salary: 15-25k ( Depends on Experience and knowledge )
Location: Sola, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition & Sales Execution

  • Conduct field visits to prospect customers in assigned territory (door-to-door, retail outlets, or B2B).

  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to potential buyers.

  • Generate sales leads and convert them into customers through persuasion and relationship building.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.

2. Product Promotion

  • Promote company products and services to customers through effective demonstrations and presentations.

  • Participate in local marketing campaigns, product displays, and in-field promotional events.

  • Distribute product samples, brochures, or brand materials where applicable.

3. Territory Management

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the territory, including customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.

  • Plan and follow an effective daily route or beat plan to maximize coverage and productivity.

  • Maintain a database of customer contacts and visit logs for future reference and follow-up.

4. Relationship Building

  • Build strong relationships with retail owners, channel partners, and end customers to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers for product support, order tracking, and after-sales service.

  • Gather customer feedback and relay market insights to the sales or product team for improvement.

5. Sales Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

  • Submit daily and weekly reports including number of visits, orders taken, deals closed, and collections made.

  • Track and report competitor activity and market feedback to the manager regularly.

6. Collections & Payments

  • Collect payments or documentation for sales where required.

  • Ensure timely submission of invoices, receipts, and cash/cheque collected (if applicable).
