We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers in designated territories. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to assigned territories to meet with potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Present and demonstrate products/services to customers, highlighting features and benefits to meet their needs.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, including activity, pipeline, and forecast reports, to management on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote products/services and expand network contacts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler vehicle for daily travel.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel within assigned territories as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 Wheeler with valid Driving license.
