The candidate should have minimum Hardware knowledge and must have two wheeler and willing to travel. Higher secondary, Diploma , Degree candidates can apply. • Ability to install Internet broadband connection, repair, service, test and troubleshoot ISP equipment.

• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

• Providing service and customer support during field visits.

• Customer communication skills.

• Basic remote troubleshooting or onsite technical activities such as, hardware replacement, coordination with NOC, Vendors & Service providers
