Job Description
Plan and manage telecom projects (BTS sites, fiber networks, microwave links, etc.)
Coordinate with RF engineers, field technicians, vendors, and contractors
Oversee site surveys, installation, commissioning, and integration activities
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and safety policies
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), project schedules, and reports
Troubleshoot technical issues during deployment
Liaise with clients, service providers, and government authorities
Maintain project documentation and handover reports
