Job Description

Candidates should be Diploma / ITI IN Mechanical/ Electrical / Fitter trade
Should be able to lead and Handle Service Team / Engineer/ Associates in entire Eastern India and should be able to coordinate with all verticals to run day to day operations.
Should be responsible for forward and Reverse Movement of Spares/ Devices/ Equipments for different types of projects .
Should be able to monitor the daily performance of industrial equipments and services and should be able to project daily plans to tackle the same .
Should be able to perform various types of analysis to form strategy and generate MIS / CRM Reports to improve the service operations in all Zones .
Should be able to travel to customer locations across Eastern India to Discuss and Understand the concerns of the customers and should be able to resolve the problem .
Proactively monitor and maintain optimum inventory level and distribution of spare parts .
People Management and cost optimization are critical to this function . customer SLAs adherence , Customer satisfaction and Service Network upgrade and expansion .
