1. Repairing the electromechanical dispenser & motors at customers place as well as at regional offices / Works.

2. Process covers

a. Customer visits,

b. Product fault diagnosis & troubleshooting,

c. Calibration, AMC

d. Field testing of product,

e. Customer Training,

f. Documentation of work, (Repair Report, Service Report, Calibration reports, Customer Satisfaction Survey, Service Status, Projections - Sales, Recovery & Spares)

g. Raising of bills & recovery of payment & other out-standings

3. Development of customer relations & business like AMC, Calibration, Testing, Spares etc. 

Requirements:

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Excellent active listening and customer service skills.

The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.

The ability to remain professional under pressure.
