Job Description

Visit client sites for *installation, configuration, and servicing** of LED display screens.

Diagnose and repair *hardware and module-level faults** in LED panels, SMPS, receiving cards, and control systems.

Perform *preventive maintenance** and routine inspections of installed LED setups.

Handle *on-site testing, calibration, and alignment** of LED screens.

Coordinate with the internal *production and R&D teams** for technical support.

Provide *technical training and demonstrations** to clients or operators when required.

Maintain *service reports, installation records, and spare part usage logs**.

Ensure *timely response** to service calls and customer satisfaction.

* Travel across assigned regions or project locations as per requirement.
