Job Description
Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Job Summary:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of Wavelux to our clients on-site. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of products or equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and the optimal performance of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Installation & Commissioning: Install and configure Automation Products at client locations according to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintenance & Support: Perform routine maintenance, preventative checks, and necessary repairs on installed equipment.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, both on-site and remotely when required.
- Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication, technical guidance, and exceptional service.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, installations, repairs, and modifications.
- Training: Provide basic training to clients on the operation and maintenance of our products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during on-site work.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: 12th Pass & ITI.
- Experience: 1 >Year of experience in field service or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical areas relevant to your product - e.g., electrical systems, mechanical systems, cctv, networking.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair technical issues.
- Soft Skills:
- Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
