Job Description

To provide technical assistance to our customers facing device related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
A Field Service Techincian is one who helps customers resolve their device-related com-plain by troubleshooting the problems and getting it repaired
Responsible for providing technical services, ranging from start-up and service to troubleshooting and repair
Representing the brand to the customer
Educating the customers on features and functionalities of the device and enhancing their knowledge about the phone for better customer experience
Call closures in defined TAT
Ensuring customer satisfaction - CSAT
Provide technical support for mobile devices such as diagnosis, troubleshooting, up-to L1 repairs etc
Providing doorstep service to customers by visiting them for pick and drop of handsets or any technical assistance required for resolving their issues
Maintaining customer complain logs and service reports
Adherence to the process set to close a call
Technical Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Technical Certifications
0-1 year of experience on Hardware, Desktop or Mobile Troubleshooting
Understanding of mobile software and hardware
Knowledge of android phone repairs
Field Visit/ Travel to Customer Location for troubleshooting
Face to face customer interaction
Good verbal and written English is a must-have
Strong Troubleshooting Skills and technical aptitude
Ability to communicate fluently with the customers and should possess good customer service skills
Good co-ordination skills to implement activities smoothly with various stake-holders (Customer/ Operations Team/ IT Team)
Should possess ability to interpret technical issues through the non-technical de-scription provided by their customers
Problem-solving attitude.

They will work 9-6 pm- Mon- Sat
Should be flexible doing a filed job
Should have basic knowledge of mobile phones
