Position:- Field Service Technician
Location:- Bangalore, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, chennai, kochi, Kolkata, Patna
A Field Service Technician will help customers in resolving their device related complaint by troubleshooting the problems and getting it repaired.
Responsible for providing technical services, ranging from start-up and service to troubleshooting and repair
Representing the brand to the customer
Educating the customers on features and functionalities of the device and enhancing their knowledge about the phone for better customer experience
Call closures in defined TAT
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide technical support for mobile devices such as diagnosis, troubleshooting, up-to L1 repairs etc
Providing door step service to customers by visiting them for pick and drop of hand-sets or any technical assistance required for resolving their issues
Maintaining customer complain logs and service reports
Technical Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Technical Certifications
0-1 year of experience on Hardware, Desktop or Mobile Troubleshooting
Understanding of mobile software and hardware
Knowledge of android phone repairs
Field Visit/ Travel to Customer Location for troubleshooting
Face to face customer interaction.
Good verbal and written English is a must
Problem solving attitude
