Job Description
We are looking for candidates having below skillset-:
1-: Must have telecom understanding / architecture (2G,4G,5G)
2-: Understanding of programming skills like Python / Java will also work
3-: Transmission understanding on Ericsson and Ceragon OEM
4-: Candidate with 2-6 years of experience.
This job requirement is looking for candidates with a mix of telecom domain knowledge and basic programming skills. Here's a breakdown:
Required Skills Explained
1. Telecom understanding / architecture (2G, 4G, 5G)
The candidate should understand how mobile networks are designed and operate.
Knowledge should include:
2G, 4G LTE, and 5G network architecture
Network elements such as RAN (Radio Access Network), Core Network, Base Stations, eNodeB/gNodeB
Basic concepts like call flow, mobility, handover, VoLTE, and data services
This is essential for telecom network planning, operations, optimization, or support roles.
2. Programming skills (Python / Java)
Basic to intermediate programming knowledge is expected.
Python is commonly used for:
Automation
Log analysis
Network scripting
Data analysis
Java knowledge is also acceptable for application development or backend tools used in telecom.
The candidate does not need to be an expert software developer but should be comfortable writing scripts or small programs.
3. Transmission understanding on Ericsson and Ceragon OEM
The candidate should have knowledge of transmission/backhaul networks.
Experience with equipment from:
Ericsson – Telecom infrastructure and microwave transmission solutions.
Ceragon – Wireless microwave backhaul equipment used to connect cellular sites.

Link commissioning
Configuration
Troubleshooting

4. Experience: 2–6 years
