Field supervision

Full time job

Daily training to be provided after job work time. content internal video/ educational videos

Maintain inventory, equipment, infrastructure

Yearly 1 automation project to be implemented

Maintain daily reports of attendance, consumption , expenses etc.

Report plant growth/ issues daily

Oversee daily field operations and manage field staff

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Coordinate and schedule field activities

Monitor progress and performance of field operations

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site

Prepare and submit detailed reports on field activities

Communicate effectively with management and clients

Ensure all equipment and materials are used efficiently
