Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage on site satellite terminal installation, repair, maintenance, audit and test tasks of VSAT / Telecom
IT services:
• Diagnose errors or technical problems
• Determine proper solutions for satellite terminals
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Spares Movement
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Adhering the system & procedure to keep the Branding in a higher scale
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Technical degree or certification ECE, EEE, IT.
• Proven field service experience if any
• Laptop, Tools (as per the list), Android Mobile- to work with Satellite Terminal
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Long term employment assurance in organization min 24 months (bond)
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools, applications and network concepts
Freshers with relevant qualification is expected.
