Field Support Engineer

Neurabits Technologies Pvt Ltd is Looking for DynamicField Support Engineer for Enterprise Mobile Application for PUNE Region.

FSTM(Field Support and Training Manager) will play a significant role in Providing Training to the Hospital staff and handholding them in using our product. Should have decent knowledge on Android Tablets and very important need to have 2 wheeler and license. Traveling expenses will be compensated.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Training the hospital staff.
• Product demonstration

• Handholding customers and solving their queries.
• Resolving Technical issues related to wifi, hardware, android, etc.
• Answer queries and issues of product functionality
• Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Report bugs and coordinate with the software engineers for eta and resolution
• Ability to research and arrive at a solution.
• Analyze the pain areas of the customer in terms of their operations and relate it with software features and explain the benefits.

Customer Engagement:

• Understanding customer behavior, expectations from the product, analyzing usage trends and product adaptability to increase usage and make the product sticky.
• Work towards providing an excellent customer experience by going that extra mile on every interaction

Must have:

• Should be able to communicate clearly
• Languages - Hindi, English,Marathi
• Should have a good understanding of our products
• Should be aware of all the Processes and Policies of the supporting products
