Job Purpose:

Monitor coconut conversion in the locality and nut position/production survey across coconut farms.
NO TARGET & NO SALES
Salary:10000- 15000+ Petrol Allowances

Roles and Responsibilities:

The incumbent should make-out new farms in the mentioned blocks in the district specified.
Have to maintain good relationship with the owner as well as the caretaker of the farms.
The incumbent will be responsible for coconut conversion activity observation and information gathering on arrivals and production.
Monthly visit pre-determined coconut farms to gather farm produce statistics by direct observation and farmer interaction
Regular visit to copra conversion yards. Frequency will be instructed by the supervisor
Develop local trade contacts to gauge market and sentiments
Provide local coconut and other oil prices as required on a predetermined frequency
Input information into portal daily
Coordinate farm visits and farmer meetings as per requirement
Build Trader and Farmer contacts
Build understanding of coconut farm management practices and deploy for the benefit of farmers.
