Key Responsibilities:

• Assist trainers in conducting automation and industrial training sessions

• Support hands-on lab activities related to PLC, SCADA, HMI, and automation tools

• Help in preparation of training materials, presentations, and manuals

• Coordinate student attendance, assessments, and progress tracking

• Assist in equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting under supervision

• Maintain training lab equipment and ensure safety standards

• Provide basic technical support to trainees during practical sessions

• Prepare reports and documentation related to training programs

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Final-year students pursuing BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields

• Basic knowledge of industrial automation concepts

• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on technical environment

Skills Required:

• Interest in automation and control systems

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

• Problem-solving and learning mindset

• Ability to work in a team
