Job Description
ROLE: Finance and Accounting
START DATE: Immediately
DURATION: 6 Months
STIPEND: 5000 /month
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain a log of sales and stocks at various stores
2. Plan the deliveries for various stores and generate invoices
3. Work with the stores on receipt of inventory
4. Plan purchases
5. Reconcile GST based upon invoices raised and paid to prepare GST filings
6. Update on the GST portal and file the returns
7. Maintain a book of accounts for the firm – online and offline sales and purchases
8. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales and review trends online/offline, store-wise sales figures, and initiative-based sales review, etc.
