Job Description
Job Overview:
- Associate needs to work as per given training on organizational tools/software and to work in line with predefined guidelines/Specifications.
- Associate needs to undergo certification test and clear the test to qualify for moving in a live environment
- Associate need to work on Tasks/Jobs assigned by Leads.
- Associates to work within Timelines and Quality Parameters to meet Client expectations
- Associates are expected to be a logical thinker and take appropriate work-related decisions in consultation with leads
- Associates are required to raise work relevant issues on a real-time basis to avoid any last-minute Client issues
- Associates are expected to Login on time and being punctual as per Client requirements
- Expected to maintain self-disciplines
- Associates need to be proactive and assists lead for process improvement
- Associates are required to follow organizational policies for Leaves, Attendance, work in rotational shifts, dress code
- Associates are required to follow organizational Information Security policies (ISO/ISMS)
- Associate need to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement for Data Security
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any stream (Preferably Commerce/Finance Graduate).
- Freshers to one year experience (0-1)
- Basic Computer knowledge (Word/Excel/Internet)
- Proficiency over the English Language
- He/She will need to undergo background verification check for Education, Crime, Fraudulent etc.
