Job Description
- Processing the invoices with the TAT & 100% accuracy
- Allocate the Payments & liabilities of all vendors every month
- Preparing the vendor reconciliation statement for every month
- Prepare weekly GRN confirmation of all vendors for making payment
- Ensured input and timely payment of all vendor invoices.
- Follow up with inbound team for GRN status & Credit Note
- Follow up with Logistics Team for GRN Status
- Processing the Inter Company invoices
- Preparing Intercompany reconciliation for every month
- Submitting the GRIR Report weekly
- Ensuring wrong & Duplicate payment not made to supplier
- Responsible for month end activities in AP books.
- CN and Rebill processing
- Handling and maintaining the SLA of the Payments Process
- Attend Weekly Tag-up call with the clients to discuss the challenges faced by the team and also to receive feedbacks on escalations, updates if any
- Worked in BCP period towards closing the backlog and exceeded the expectations of the clients from a disaster recovery site.
- Circulate the Minutes of meeting to clients and team leaders in process
- Helping the team member to achieve the daily target
- Maintaining 100% productivity and accuracy in the process and also ensure that the process is also achieving the SLA defined by the client.
