Finance Controller
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing the month end processes looking into Actual close, Forecasting, Variance Analysis & Reporting.
- Review and analyze the regional close for P&C IDC
- Financial Month end reporting, including HFM, analysis of actuals to forecast and budget
- Working closely with practice leaders to prepare their resource utilization forecasts and wider IDC forecasts
- Ensure predictability and reliability of forecasts, with accurate and early identification of risks and opportunities.
- Take finance ownership of the practice M-Reviews across the region
- Presenting to P&C business leads, ensuring they get full visibility of and take ownership of their numbers
- Drive the change required to improve the existing financial processes of the team and also contribute to the wider transformation of the P&C.
Required Skills
- Sound Finance & Accounting Knowledge (experience in Project Accounting, GL or Controlling role) required
- Excellent Excel skills required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Good team coordination skills and ability to drive several projects
- Experience of HFM reporting and associated KPI reporting would be advantageous but not essential
