Education and Experience:

Preferably he should be ICWA since most of the role he will assume is of cost controller and product costing.
If he is BE +ICWA it is fantastic else graduate +ICWA is oK.
The MBA may be considered if he has prior experience of controlling in any manufacturing organization and well versed with costing.
Preferably CA / CMA with 7-10 years of experience
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and planning
Strong knowledge of costing principle and well versed with various costing methods
Knowledge and experience in working on ERP and MS office
Proactive, self-starter and needs minimum supervision
Ability to direct and supervise
Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good business acumen
Adaptable and fast learner with ability to work under stress
CTC- 10L-12L

Requirements:

This role is responsible for the coordination and development of management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis related to the Direct and Indirect Costs of the Company and have control over the business assets to ensure optimum utilization to maximize the profit of the company.

The Person:

The person should have very strong knowledge planning, budgeting,forecasting and overall business scenario.
He should have strong knowledge of costing principles and able to drive the profit center wise profitability statement. He should have strong analytical mind and be a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of long range and short-range plan for the business
Preparation of cost center wise budget
Plant wise profitability statement
Costing of the product for different purposes and different occasions
Reconciliation and tracking of material cost variance
Reconciliation of wages and labor charges and comparison with budget
Reconciliation and tracking of direct and indirect overheads including reporting and making recommendations for improvement in each area
Inventory valuation on periodic basis
Analysis of slow moving and nonmoving inventory based on aging analysis
Preparation of CAPEX budget for new project as well as for routine development
Full control over additions, deletions and movement of fixed assets including molds
Reconciliation of physical assets with books on periodic basis
Maintenance of cost records as may be statutorily required
Initiate improvements in operations efficiency to achieve desired profit.
