Non-Registrar compliance
Tax & Accounting
- Preparation of books of accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow statement)
- Income Tax Returns Filing
- GST Returns
- TDS Returns
- Professional Tax Returns
- Payment of periodic dues (GST Liability, TDS & TCS payment, Advance Tax)
- Payroll
- Payroll Processing & Reporting
- Provident Fund (PF) Returns
- Employee State Insurance (ESI) Returns
- Filing of Annual Company Returns
- ROC Compliances (Addition of director, shareholder, appointment of auditor)
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers and Records
- Preparation of Director’s Report and Board Report for Annual General Meeting and Board Meetings
- Assistance with Statutory Audit & Tax Audit of Accounts
