Finance Executive
Gurugram, Haryana, India
Core Responsibilities:
- As the Finance Executive, you will be expected to engage in day-to-day accounting operations and financial analysis in areas such as book-keeping, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.
Accounting responsibilities:
- Full cycle accounts payable: entering in vendor invoices and credit memos, selection of vendors and disbursements
- Maintain vendor profiles
- Document Management, Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management
- Assisting with US and Indian tax filings
- Posting of bank transactions and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Full cycle accounts receivables: Create customer invoices, post deposits or cash receipts, collections
- Collating, preparing MIS reports
Other responsibilities:
- Payroll Management
- Work with product and sales team in preparing monthly account and revenue statements
- Monthly Management Report (MIS) including cash-flows and preparation of consolidated financial statements of US and Indian entity with the help of external auditing firms
- Maintaining accuracy of the data published in the invoicing, sales accounting tools by identifying and eradicating errors
- Identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements
- Continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes
- Oversee the external/internal audit, review and analyze results
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bcom Graduate or CA Inter.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Capable of handling general accounting and bookkeeping independently
- Excellent in Ms-Excel, Ms-office, Accounting tools and other Invoicing tools
- Candidates with experience in Quickbooks or similar accounting tools preferred
