DESIGNATION : Tele caller / Tele Service Officer / Team Leader / Area Manager / manager.
WORKING HOURS : 10:00 am-7:00 pm (Sunday Fixed Off).
No night shifting.
AGE LIMIT : 18-30.
SALARY : Depend on post and interview round

JOB DETAILS :

Advise and update the client an various investment opportunities from time to time.
T.S.O must have good convincing & communication skills.
Handle various types of customer.
Should respect customer.
Tele sales representative responsibilities contacting potential or existing customer to inform the about products or service using scripts.
Answering questions about the products or company.
An effective Tele caller must be an excellent communication in Bengali / Hindi and have superior people skills.
Tele caller / Team Leader / area Manager / Manager must comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
