Job Description
Job Profile:
- As part of the Management Consulting team, the candidate would be responsible for
- Interacting with clients (typically mid and large corporates) and gaining a complete understanding of their business, financials and future prospects
- Conducting Viability/Feasibility Studies including secondary market research, financial modelling, Valuation Assignments etc. for these corporates
- Compiling reports and submitting the same within strict deadlines
Candidate Profile:
- Male candidate
- MBA (Finance) with at least 1-year post-qualification experience / Qualified Chartered Accountant (Freshers may also apply)
- Good communication and writing skills
- Expert knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word
- Excellent understanding of Financial Ratio Analysis and Balance Sheet Analysis
- Strong working knowledge of various valuation methods such as DCF, Black & Scholes etc.
- Persons with cross-functional experience in previous jobs and the ability to think out-of-the-box would be preferred
- General Awareness about Industry / Economy / Market Trends
