Job Description:
- Securing financial information by completing data base backups
- Verifying accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
- Preparing financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Obtaining revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges and refunds, preparing and mailing invoices.
- Fresher/ Experienced
- Knowledge on Tally, Accounts Payable & Receivables is preferable.
- Exposure to TDS, GST, Service Tax .
- Knowledge on Accounting Tools (Bank and Cash Reconciliation)
- Agreement creation
- Ability to co-ordinate with the business in-regard with finance perspectives
- Understanding of Invoice processing
- Descent communication skills
- Willingness to own the process and take the lead to get things done.
