Finance Executive Jobs Opening in JP Financial at Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling business operations by following systems and processes
2. Handling documentation for various investment products like mutual funds, PMS & various transaction platforms, overall compliances, and KYC paperwork
3. Working on client communication via phone and email and management of client's servicing requests
4. Completing back office operations of the investment functions including updating and maintaining the reporting software IFA Now, Masterstroke, etc.
5. Coordinating with mutual funds/PMS providers and other platform providers such as mutual fund utility (MFU), CAMS KFINTECH, etc.
6. Reconciling investors' investments and other back-office functions like MIS, non-financial transactions, capital gain statements, ad hoc MIS reports, periodic MIS reports
7. Handholding clients on usage of various platforms and mobile app
8. Handling the daily back-end operations
9. Coordinating with mutual fund companies and resolving client queries
10. Doing a portfolio review of the investments of the client
11. Generating various kinds of reports such as monthly portfolio reports and sending these to the client regularly

Note:

1. Office timings - 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
2. 2 Saturdays holiday per month
3. Training will be provided
Other requirements

1. Fresher

2. Must have a good grasp of English and good communication skills

3. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

4. Should be comfortable with numbers and ability to work under pressure

5. Ability to take initiative and execute assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner
