We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and assisting with audits. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist with budgeting & forecasting

Ensure timely statutory compliance – GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.

Assist with internal and external audits

Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements

Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments
-
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Analyze financial data and suggest improvements to optimize costs

Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc projects and reports

B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or relevant qualification

1–3 years of experience in a similar role

Proficient in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP / MS Excel

Strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting tools

Experience in working with startup or mid-sized companies

Understanding of digital payment systems and banking processes
Working Days: Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays, if required)
