Finance Job in JMRC & Co. at Mumbai

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the loan syndication process compliance and coordination with the bank
2. Work on advising clients on the optimal capital structure, company cash flow growth prospects, industry-specific issues & nature of assets
3. Work on the preparation of projections, financial statements analysis, etc.
4. Work on the valuation of corporates for the purpose of merger/acquisition, amalgamation, preferential issues, etc.
5. Provide opinion for purposes as diverse as financial reporting, strategic decision making, restructuring, dispute resolutions
6. Work on the preparation of information memorandum, project reports
