About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate with clients to understand their financial positions, ascertain which category of borrowers they fall under, set expectations for financing, and helping them best position themselves for attaining the maximum amount of financing possible
2. Develop relationships with bankers, helping them out with any queries about clients or Repos
3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when it comes to lead sharing, maintaining databases, and explaining financing and insurance
4. Explain to borrowers the various documents that they will be required to submit either to banks/our DSA
5. Communicate with clients and explain to them the insurance product, the advantages that Repos offers over dealers, and convince them to buy the product through us
6. Gather details about vehicles and generating insurance quotes to be sent to the client, and upon approval ultimately generating insurance policies
7. Maintain trackers for disbursed leads and insured cases done through Repos finserv
8. Coordinate with insurance brokers and reconciliation of commission on a monthly basis

Other requirements
1. Should have a background in economics/accountancy/finance
2. Should have a problem-solving mindset
3. Should have good communications skills, both verbal & written, in English & Hindi
4. Should have the ability to maintain databases, create documents, trackers, etc
5. Should be skilled at MS office suite of products (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
