Job Description
Designation: Finance
Responsibilities include:
1. Working on sales order processing after validating the reason for the order blocked
2. Monitoring bank reconciliation and taking necessary effect after liaison with bankers and business partners
3. Working on liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales and operations team
4. Supporting managers in internal as well as external audits
5. Working on accurate & timely posting of collections and cheque bounce accounting entries in Software (Ax09) through Atlas Template
6. Ensuring 100% cash application against relevant invoices
7. Communicating RTGS/NEFT of customers to business partners for accounting and ensuring the entries are posted in the billing software (Pharmanet)
