Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Data Coordination: Collaborate with the accounts team to collect, organize, and maintain financial data and records
2. Taxation Understanding: Gain knowledge of various taxation aspects, including TDS, GST, and Professional Tax
3. Invoice Management: Assist in the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
4. Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and forecasts
5. Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and tracking financial transactions
6. Expense Tracking: Monitor and report on company expenses, highlighting discrepancies and suggesting cost-saving measures
7. Compliance: Ensure that all financial processes and documentation adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards
8. Audit Support: Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits as needed
9. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on financial trends, taxation changes, and best practices, providing valuable insights to the finance team
