Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Update salary inputs such as attendance, one-time payments, and deductions
2. Validate the output of salary registers
3. Verify PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, and TDS calculations
4. Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
5. Coordinate with clients to understand their payroll process and setup
6. Configure payroll setup in the system
7. Handle quarterly and yearly return filing
8. Address and resolve client queries related to payroll
9. Provide payroll process training to clients
10. Process full and final settlement
11. Verify investment documents

Requirements:

1. Payroll Knowledge (PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, etc.)
2. Employee self-service and HRMS
3. B.Com, DFM, or any Graduate are preferred
