Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on AIF Regulations, 2012 (SEBI)
2. Handling preliminary due diligence
3. Drafting private placement memorandum, subscription agreements, investment management agreement and trust deed and allied fund documents
4. Handling liaison between funds, administrators, tax, and legal counsels
