Job Description
Designation: Finance
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage Zoho books for accounting purposes, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
2. Reconcile media invoices from various sources such as Meta, Google, etc. with credit card statements and invoice clients accordingly
3. Assist with budgeting and forecasting
4. Support month-end closing procedures
5. Ensure timely statutory compliance such as TDS, PF, PT, and GST
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
7. Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
