Job Description:
- Managing Accounts and Tax Compliance from Event and Staffing Industry. The Person will directly report to Group CEO/MD.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as the development of new client base.
- Processing of supplier invoices along with commissions discounts and taxes where applicable.
- Reconciliation of invoices with Vendor contracts.
- Monitoring of client reports/accounts/expenses makes adjustments as and when required necessary.
- Receivable reconciliation (Bank statement) and apportion bookings.
- Coordinate and respond to the client in a timely fashion.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to process.
- Willingness to work in shifts and occasionally be able to stretch for long and odd hours if required.
- Tally experience is the must.
- Good in making reports
- Proactively inform manager on challenges faced.
- Manage statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, coordinate and handle audit related queries
- Support accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement as per accounting standards in a timely manner
- Review finance and accounting practices, including preparing budgets, financial reports, tax, and audit
- Review of Bank Reconciliation, inventory checking, debtors and creditors reconciliation
