Job Description
- Budget Management: Developing, managing, and monitoring annual school budgets, ensuring expenses and revenue are within approved limits.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for school leadership.
- Accounts & Transactions: Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, such as Income Tax, TDS, and GST, and coordinating with external auditors for annual audits.
- Procurement & Payroll: Managing procurement activities and overseeing the school's payroll processes.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow and liquidity to ensure funds are available for operational needs.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and developing long-term financial plans and forecasts.
- Internal Controls: Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls to safeguard the school's assets and ensure accuracy in financial processes.
